"Hello! I live in lovely Seattle, WA and am a clerk at a steel forge doing things I don't understand but managing to do them right. In my off time I'm a knitter/crocheter, zinester, and any other craft or activity that keeps me from fidgeting. "

Tell us about your first project. What did you make and how long did it take? Who introduced you to your hobby? Is there a special place you like to knit, crochet or create and do you have a suggestion on a good place for the group to get together?

"It was supposed to be a scarf made of two balls of very bright and multicolored Lion Boucle. It turned into the Amazing Technicolor Journal Cover for a really rather small journal. It did not react well to Elmer's glue."
