"Hi, I am moving back to the University District and can't wait to see you all again. I've been in Maine and during that time I taught my sister how to knit and she loves it. Hahaa, another convert!"

Tell us about your first project. What did you make and how long did it take? Who introduced you to your hobby? Is there a special place you like to knit, crochet or create and do you have a suggestion on a good place for the group to get together?

"1st project as a kid - weird scarf thing, as an adult - *cool* scarf thing. Mom taught me all sorts of arts and crafts as a kid & I loved it but grew up to hate knitting. Recently retaught myself & now I'm addicted. Favourite colour: PINK"
