- Hi, I have been knitting for 26 years, and for most of that time it was this weird little old lady habit, it's been nice to see that change in the last few years. I'm on ravelry as jstaylor Hope to join one of your meetings soon. Janelle
- Tell us about your first project. What did you make and how long did it take? Who introduced you to your hobby? Is there a special place you like to knit, crochet or create and do you have a suggestion on a good place for the group to get together?

I learned to knit when I lived in Norway as an exchange student many years ago, started with two-color Norwegian sweaters, more recently into lace and double-knitting. The more complicated the better!
