Women with Pointy Sticks- handheld needle work (Frisco+)
This group was initially for knitting and crocheting, but we felt that we add many other techniques to our work and should branch out a bit to include any hand and needle work. We have machine knitters who hand knit, spinners and more. We're making fabric. Meetups only allows me to post under four categories, but we cover more. If this sounds good, please read on. We are a very informal, fun, talkative, group of knitters,crocheters, and anything that involves hand-held needle(s) work-such as embroidery, needlepoint, cross-stitch and more If you are a passionate about your crafts, or are interested in taking up the hobby, bring your "gear" and join us! Don't worry if you're brand new - we can help you get started with most types of needle work.
