The Victoria and Albert Museum opens till 10pm on a Friday night and has a cafe in an amazing room,if anyone looking for something to do on the friday evening its a great place to visit.Also if you put knitting into the search on their website they have all sorts of stuff...like vintage knitting patterns. www.vam.ac.uk

That sounds great Julia. Yvonne will probably kill me for saying this but she has offered to show round the different yarn shops in the area for anyone interested , and we may end up at the V&A .
