Re: [knitting-304] Meeting Location

Red-Poppy,
I haven't been there yet, but I think that would be a good location. It's pretty central, and as you said, the hours and environment seem conducive to a casual meeting. For me, it's the day of the week that keeps me from being able to attend the meetings.

Thanks!
Sarah

Hi all -- I've written to you recently about the location of our Meetup. I'd like to know if our current location has ever kept anyone from attending, or at least made people think twice about coming out.

I chose the Hard Bean/Salon Salon originally because it's open late, is very casual, doesn't mind a group, has ample seating, is centrally located in the county and yet is not in downtone Reading (a barrier to many, I understand), and is independently and locally owned and operated. I realize others might have other views, and if anyone has any strong feelings in another direction, please let me know.

Thanks to you all!

Christy (Red-Poppy)
