Introduction
Hello! I moved to NYC from the midwest about a year ago. I work as a textile designer and am a passionate knitter, as well. I would love the opportunity to meet other knitters in the city.
How did you get started with knitting or crochet? (Please note - we are not a teaching group, if you are looking for beginner lessons, please look at the 'About Us' page for a recommendation.)

I taught myself to knit when I was in hight school and have been doing it ever since.

How did you hear about this group?

I was searching the internet for NYC knitting groups and this one caught my eye!

What's currently on your needles?

I have a couple things in the works (typical project ADD): a cable front sweater and a lace shawl.
