We'll be meeting again at the Leona's near Belmont and Sheffield - the address is 3215 N. Sheffield. This location is right off the Belmont stop. They also have free valet for those of you that drive! We had such a great time last time we met at Leona's, I can't wait to see everyone there again! Please note: There is a Cubs game at 6:30, so you might have to deal with crowded trains - sorry! Also, this meetup is starting at 6:30 instead of the usual 7pm! We will be collecting the $1 Meetup fee.

We're going back to Noble Tree and this time there WILL be pie! Noble Tree is at 2444 N. Clark Street, (near Fullerton) so taking the Clark bus will be your best bet. I think there is street parking, but it's really hard to find in that area. At Noble Tree, you order your drink and pie on the first floor where you come in, and then head up to the 3rd floor for the meetup! I've heard that the air conditioning IS working now! I don't know about you, but I can't wait to try the pie! We will be collecting the $1 Meetup fee.

I have requested that we are in the back room again, sorry for the confusion last time and us being in the front (LOUD!) room. Mystic Celt is located at 3443 N. Southport Ave. It is right off the Southport Brown line stop. There is street parking, but it is meters and it can be hard to find a spot. Specials on Wednesdays are: $3.50 Peroni drafts

The Stitch N Pitch is hosted by the Windy City Knitting Guild. The game is the White Sox vs. Tigers, it's a 7:11 game. The ticket is $19.50 for an Upper Box game ticket and a Stitch N Pitch baseball hat. Proceeds of every ticket will go to the Night Ministry's shelter for teens with children and to Helping Hands. You can also purchase a meal voucher for $5.50 and that buys you a hot dog, chips, and pop. In order for us to sit together, we'll be ordering the tickets all at once. I'm willing to charge the tickets, but I have to have your cash before I do that. If you plan on being at the Mystic Celt meetup, you can give me the money then. If you won't be able to make it, please email me and we can work out a time to do that.

We're going back to Goose Island! It's been a while since we've been there as a meetup, and it's time we got back into the swing of things! The Goose Island meetup will start at 6:30pm, and we're at the one at 1800 N. Clybourn. There is a parking lot there, and it is close to public transportation. We will be collecting the $1 meetup fee.

Dani suggested it, so I looked into it. It's a very cool place and seems quite relaxed. There are 3 floors for us to choose from, and from what i hear the pie is amazing. Come knit and have dessert with us. Everyone needs a little more of both, I think. The bus routes 36 and 22 both have stops near the shop.

Please notice that we're meeting at a different Leona's location! This is the Lakeview location and I thought it would be easier for a lot of people to get to.
