- My name is Emily and have been knitting off and on as long as I can remember. I am in the jewelry trade for a living and knitt for fun and function. I live on the Northside of Chicago with my boyfirend and my two cats who love to help knit.

My Mom taught me when I was young. The first thing I made was a scarf for my stuffed animal and I still have it.
