Introduction
I'm an avid crafter, and my favorite fiber arts are crochet and loom knitting. I would love to get together to share tips, tricks, patterns, local yarn shopping advice, and teach one another new techniques.
Why did you first get interested in knitting?
I have always been an avid crafter. I like making things and keeping my hands, mind, and spirit busy with creativity. Knitting and crochet have proven to be very flexible media, practical and otherwise!
Who taught you to knit?
My best friend Sam Love first taught me to knit with needles. I have since taught myself how to loom knit and enjoyed that experience. Finally, I recently used Youtube to learn how to crochet and I have become a quick expert!
How long have you been knitting?
About 9 years.
