Hi everybody!

As I posted on the Ravelry group, the meetup at Cafe WhaWho will NOT be taking place this coming Wednesday. Nina is having a Misti Alpaca event and sale that evening (October 7) from 5pm - 7:30pm, where you can meet the owners, have some wine, and get 20% off Misti Alpaca purchases. There's more info here: http://www.ninachicag...

So since I don't want to double book, the meetup is moving. The question is, when is convenient for everybody who's interested? As you've seen, the meetups for the month have been set as usual - 1st Monday, 2nd Tuesday, 3rd Wednesday, and 4th Thursday.

Is there a date that people would prefer? I'm going to suggest moving it to Monday, October 19th or Monday, October 26th so that we're not double-booking and there's at least one day between Cafe WhaWho and the following meetup (Leona's and Noble Tree, respectively.)

Hit reply and let me know, and once I get some consensus, I'll add the new date to the calendar.

Best,
Rachel (Roarke on Ravelry)

I can do either date.

RE: Wha Who cafe. I can help out coordinating for this cafe as my office is right up the street. Is anyone still interested in meeting here still?

I have been once on my own and its a nice little cafe that could use the business. They will to extend their hours depending on what's going on.

As Robin suggested on Ravelry, Wednesday October 14th is also a possibility.

However, if it's just the two of us interested in the meetup, I'm probably going to skip it this month and try again in November. :(

Come on, folks! It's a great location and easy to get to for those of us working downtown!
