We meet from 1 to at least 3 p.m. every Sunday at the Yale Bookstore (aka Barnes & Noble), 77 Broadway in New Haven: http://www.yalebookst.... We're in the cafe upstairs on the bookstore side. (If you're coming from Broadway, it's the entrance on your left.)
We also meet Mondays at 1 p.m. in Woodbridge, Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in New Haven, and Thursdays at 7 p.m. in North Haven. Check the calendar for details.
Come every week or every once in a while -- the only cost is any food or drink you might purchase.
No lessons as such, but bring yarn and knitting needles or a crochet hook and someone'll gladly get you started with the basics.
