Come and visit our group; have fun meeting new people who enjoy knitting or crocheting, comparing patterns, sharing techniques and trading tips on stitches, craft books, etc. We get together to work on our own items as well as, occasionally, taking part in various charity projects. We do not give knitting or crochet lessons but love meeting new people and would enjoy having you join us!

We decided to start this group because we want to meet on a regular basis with others knitters & crocheters to learn from each other and to create a group of knitters to hang with without paying for classes. I decided to organize this group so that my creative energies would again have an outlet. I am a hands on type person, and I want to learn how to do things like crochet, while at the same time, I want to do creative things with my post card collection, and I want to get back into making latch hook rugs. If you enjoy making things, scrapbooking, crochet, etc, are willing to share your talents with others, and are looking to make new friends, then this group is for you.
