Normally, events are free. We may occassionally have themed events where we will all work on the same project. In these cases there may be a small fee to help pay for supplies. * Men are welcome, also.  Crafting is not just for the ladies! We hope you will join in on the fun!

For those that are enamored with the craft of yarn and needles, hooks, spindles or wheels: come join us!  We will spend a little talk time along with enjoying our favorite craft. Our goal?  Having fun...sharing ideas, patterns, techniques and learning from each other.  And we always enjoy seeing everyone's projects, whether you knit, crochet, tat, spin or weave.  At this time, there will be no formal dues to belong to the group.       

Whether knitting or crochet is your main love, yarn lovers can unite through our group. Our large meeting is the last Tuesday of each month in Cary, and there are various activities sprinkled throughout the rest of the month for those who need a fix!

This is more about knitting and crocheting than sewing. We'll meet on the first and third Thursday evenings at the Open Eye Cafe in Carrboro. But someone who's doing hand sewing is more than welcome (but I don't think the Cafe can accommodate sewing machines)!
